Black Card Consulting
Black Card Consulting is reserved for an exclusive group of agents. These agents have a solid understanding of the marketing fundamentals used at Keller Williams, as outlined in the MREA. These agents have a track record of success and know where they want to take their business, but need some help creating the strategy that will get them there.
Black Card Consulting is an intensive 2-days in Austin, with Chad Peevy, the Founder and CEO of The Flyer Box Club. While in Austin you will spend the mornings with the consultants working out your strategy. Together, we’ll define your target demographic and psychographic, create your marketing plan, explore the tools to help you execute your plan, set your annual marketing budget, and answer the questions you’re in Austin to get answered. In the afternoons, we will set meetings for you to meet with those top-producing agents in Austin who most closely align with you and the way you do business. These meetings are your opportunity to get advice from some of the most talented people in Keller Williams – and in the industry.
Once you have completed your consulting with us, we recommend that you immediately hand off your plan to your coach. We pride ourselves on what we can offer you in way of strategic advice, but we highly recommend that you have a coach hold you accountable to the plan.
