Follow up with home inspector and get copy of home inspection report for file (agent and buyer)

APPRAISAL
Follow up with buyer’s lender on appraisal (to confirm date it was ordered to ensure it will meet deadline)

CLOSING DISCLOSURES
Follow up with title/escrow company to make sure agent receives final closing disclosure (it is the agent’s responsibility to review the final closing disclosure)

BROKERAGE FILE
Verify agents “Brokerage” file to make sure all required documents are uploaded and approved so agents get paid on time

FINAL DISCLOSURE
Follow up with title/escrow company to make sure agent gets final closing disclosure (it is the agent’s responsibility to review the final closing disclosure)
